Citizens Church is the second church identity I’ve created in my design career. I love building meaning into logos, and this crown mark was a perfect opportunity for that. It brings together the idea of citizenship through the crown, heaven through the upward arrow, and ties it all back to the name with the opposing C’s for Citizens Church. It was a really fun concept to explore and bring to life. From there, the rest of the identity flows naturally and fits well within the context of Columbia, South Carolina.
